Did you know that our first lady, Michelle Obama, has had a personal trainer for the past 14 years? That is how dedicated she is to her health and fitness. She not only talks the talk it but she walks it too. She doesn’t shy away from showing her strength either. In fact, you can check her out on the Ellen De Generes show doing 25 push ups with incredible ease.
The first lady’s personal trainer and fitness consultant, Cordell McClellan, who also happens to be the President’s personal trainer as well, puts her through a series of exercises. Choosing to focus on symmetry rather than one particular type of exercise. She will do a combination of cardio, weights, along with metalbolic circuits to give her a full cross training workout.
So, we have no excuse ladies. If she can do it, with her schedule of being first lady of the United States of America, wife to the President and mother to those beautiful little girls, in addition to her other campaigns she is a part of, then we can all surely drop and do 25 push ups for our health. And for the added bonus, there’s no equipment needed. Now, you gotta love that!!!
